Dell used to be in the PDA business. Remember the Dell Axim that ran Windows Mobile / Pocket PC? Dell is jumping back into the PDA market, but this time focusing on smartphones running Google Android. I think that's a great decision. The more Android phones we have circulating on the market, the better. That's just my opinion, but I'm sure the folks at Google would also agree.So, the Dell Mini 3i is a new Android smartphone, but it may only be available in China and Brazil. Let's wait to see if this phone makes it to North America.
