The other day, I was speaking with a few physicians about the Walgreens mobile app. This app allows you to take a photo of your bottle (bar code) and order prescription refills at your neighborhood Walgreens. My mother-in-law works at Rite Aid and they don't have any mobile apps like this (at least, not yet).The Walgreens app also includes a handy feature which is the flu shot locator. As flu season approaches, you may want to tell your patients about this app so that they can get their flu shots in time.
