Wireless Health 2011 Conference Convenes Vanguard of International Research Communities in Wireless Health Technology and Medical Research

Scientific Conference Highlights New Global Research in Wireless Health –
October 10-13, 2011

LA JOLLA, Calif. – September 8, 2011 – The Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance (WLSA), convenes its second annual scientific conference, Wireless Health 2011, where researchers from global institutions such as MIT, University of Edinburgh, UCLA, and other leading universities will share the best new research and significant advances in wireless health technologies with thought leaders from academia, medicine, government and industry. In addition to the scientific discussions, keynote presentations from Qualcomm’s Paul Jacobs and other global organizations will highlight the four-day conference.



The conference is scheduled for October 10-13, 2011, at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.

Wireless Health 2011 is the second of two major annual conferences hosted by the WLSA. The conference series convenes international research communities that focus on wireless health technology and medical research within rapidly expanding wireless health product and service industries. The conference provides the highest profile academic and industrial research forum for the new field of Wireless Health and is expected to attract more than 500 attendees from academia, industry, government, and the media.
